Have you seen one of these in a book you have borrowed in the library?

Well, if you have you may have wondered what they are?  They are QR codes and are similar to the barcodes you get on almost all things you buy.  They hold data and when you scan them you can access the data. In this case they will hold a link to an online review of the book, written or recorded by a member of the Barcombe school community.

All you need to read them is a QR reader such as Quickmark, and a smartphone or computer with webcam that you can install it on.

So, over the next few weeks and months, you are likely to see more of these appearing.  Keep your eyes peeled and follow the links!
